Need an air con remote control

Hi does anyone know where I could get a remote for air con unit. The make and serial number is YOKO....SERIAL NUMBER LD-09CHS/AI. Thanks

We thought we had the same problem with our remote control for the aircon, as there is on way to see if it is working?????
Well there is a way, we sent for the engineer who arrived to check the air con out, he took his mobile and switched the camera on then put the control as though he was going to take a picture of the front and pressed the control, you will see a light coming from the front of the control if it is working.
Our problem was the eye inside the aircon unit which had to be replaced.
The engineer we used lives in catalkoy his number is 0533 8712375 he only speaks limited English.

Tectan, bought two recently for different A/C units , self programming remotes, guy was very very helpful, both worked first time.
