Lapta property tax early?

We have been given our annual property tax a month early does this mean they are in financial difficulty ?

I wonder if Girne will send out bills? Last year it was down to the individual going in to an office to pay

well of course we should know it has an April 30th deadline !

and all new comers are told don't pay its the builder to pay and then find they can't transfer their Kocan until its paid. At least the offices do stick the bill in the name of the buyer even if the kocan is not ready
