Yes, this apartment is still for rent. The location is passed Esentepe, then after about 8 miles on right hand side. Sign posted Sunset Bay.

We live 2 kms further east of this estate and it is well maintained. Whoever rents it MUST have transport. There are no local shops etc - the nearest supermarket (and most expensive) is 5 kms west and the local transport system is few and far between. Not sure of H2O supply to the estate, maintenance charges etc, but these aspects will need to be researched in addition to the monthly rent. Lovely area!

Thank you for you detailed reply. At the moment we leave just the opposite to Sunset Bay and like this area very much. You are right about the car though... Our contract ends the beginning of April. If your apartment will still be available we would be interested in viewing it.

Apparently I didn't understand that the maintenance charges is an addition to 200. That might be too much for us.
