Of course there may be some other people having problems tonight, there will always be few customers having issues every night.

If you are asking this question with the intention to set up a support group of some sort for people with Internet problems, I can tell you it wont work because we sort out problems rather quickly.

Have you tried calling support line? What was their response to your problem?

I think it is important to remember Henry that when using Iplayer you are using something "off island" there is an awful lot outside the control of MM that could be wrong. Your up to 15mps service is in the area that MM control so basically the signal speed on the island. I often have iplayer issues with the bbc in the UK on my sisters BT connection, if there are problems there MM will be able to do nothing about it. Try one of the other sites or even one of the free MM channels if you still have issues raise a ticket on the MM site, do the online chat thing or call the helpline I find these all work. Last time I raised a ticket Erol phoned me the next day to talk through some things which is way faster then you get with BT. I know we should not keep harking back to the UK but when service is better it shows there are good companies here.

I am sure one of the techies will do a better job of explaining than me but hope you can get my drift.
Some are wise and some otherwise.....
