Multimax Connection Suspension While in U.K ??.

Multimax no longer suspend your internet connection while your out of the TRNC ? which I've done a few times and it's very handy, not sure why they stopped this for people who live full time in TRNC ?

But I do have an issue with Multimax NOT responding to e-mails ? I've sent several a week ago and NO reply at all ? so I have to run around and drive down to their office, this could have been done very easily and quickly in an e-mail it's just a waste of my time.

Not a good way to run a business I think Multimax need to look long and hard at where they are going ? as I will when my current connection expires.

And yes I fully expect a uncalled for torrent of verbal abuse from Multimax as several innocent posts have received from them lately.
