Went into Turkcell office in Girne as was fed up with phone going to voicemail only to find out that Turkcell has put everyone (Prepaid as well as contract) on to voice mail & internet access. To avoid getting big bills or have your credit running out quicker than usual go into the office as they are the ones who need to switch it off.
