Just want to say I am very impressed with multi max.
I emailed an enquiry last night to Kenan - and in the morning - everything was sorted.
I only have positive words to say!
I work from home and have a work internet with a different provider..and I wish my company would move to multimax
my work internet goes down quite often and , not once has multimax gone down!

We have been told multimax receivers are being removed from houses on our site even though the owners are on freedom packages as holiday makers so not there all the time.
I thought the whole idea was freedom package was exactly right for people there short periods of time. Easy switch on etc.
If we arrive and have to wait for the receiver to be replaced and then switched back on we are going to be without Internet for a good part of our holiday.
How do others who have freedom package get theirs on and ready for arrival?

Mint1955, it should be realized that leaving the antenna exposed to the elements when no income is generated does not really do help with anything.
We have started freedom packages because there was a demand for it. Maybe you do not understand or do not care but as a private company, we are expected to turn profits in the businesses that we do. If people demand something and not willing to pay for the costs, then its not a viable business.
That being said, after we started freedom packages and seen real life issues, we were left with 3 options.
1. stop freedom packages alltogether
2. increase prices in order to cover costs of equipment being lost while not being used.
3. take out equipment and safekeep them while not in use.
We have so far chosen the no 3 option in order not to increase our costs and deliver the same service with no and minimal impact on the customer.
You can always email us a few days ahead and we will put the equipment back on the day you arrive to your house.
This kind of unreasonable attitudes really put us off when it comes to providing services. Instead of appreciating the fact that we are uninstalling - reinstalling equipment for the customer at our own cost in order to keep our costs down for us and for our customers, we are instead getting a negative response such as this criticizing the business. I would say it is not really fair.

Kemal, I apologise if you thought I was being negative. I was just asking if anyone knew how it works. We love our multimax but this was the first we had heard re boxes being removed between usage times.
Multimax freedom is great and we had brilliant service from you for our installation. Being able to have the service on pay as you go is a lifeline for those of us that need good internet but are there only part time.
