Sterilising Hot & Cold water dispenser

I Folks
Can anyone let me know how to sterilise my water dispenser after it has not been used all winter?

I got some baby steralising tablets, dissolved them and run them through the machine.

Yes, we dissolve Milton tablets , run through pipes, leave for an hour or so then flush through with clear water, easy
