Problem with Internet Connection

Today at around 17:55, we have experienced a weird semi-outage on our Internet connection in general. At that point, our usage dropped t 30% of its normal value and most websites were not working at all or very slow. The problem was fixed around 18:10

The same problem repeated itself around 22:20 and is now almost fixed as I write this message around 22:40.

We have contacted Turkish Telekom in Turkey and they acknowledged that there is a problem with their connection to the rest of the world, and they are working on it. We do not have any further information on the matter at this time.

I assume almost all Internet providers should be affected by this problem.

We apologize for this problem, which is outside of our control, just wanted to post an update here in case you cannot get through to our helpline due to congestion.

Have you raised a ticket? You should try that, that Erol bloke seems to know what he is talking about, he will fix it I am sure

Thank you for letting us know. We usually assume a problem but good to know a company here actually gives a damn to let us know.

It is one of the ways of raising a MM tech issue and is done on their website, works very well.

It was a bit of "off the wall humour" KB was saying he had a tech issue.
