Multimax Internet Problems

Is anyone else in Catalkoy experiencing problems with their multimax system? We have had a technician here to try to sort it out but his only suggestion was we move the box back to where it had been but we were having the same problems there. We'd already had a new box fitted when we found out that the reason we had NO internet wasn't due to bad weather! We had it moved so that the router and our computers were all in the same room but that hasn't made anything better in fact it's worse and we are back to on, off, on, off again. It's very annoying.

We've always had great service but this last month or so it's been almost non existence for the majority of time. We thought it was the weather but it's not!!!!

Is extend any better?

To edit my thread took me several attempts I'm totally fed up with this!!!!

All of this information indicates that you do not have any Multimax problem, but a problem INSIDE your house. Multimax is an internet service provider and we only provide very limited support for customer's indoor network issues.

Unless your fix your problem with your indoor networking, changing providers will not help you.

ps. Just fyi, weather has little to no affect on Multimax network.
