Hi, I have bust my last B string on my banjo I hear that there are music shops in Girne (we are at Kayalar and try to go only once every 2 weeks) Can anyone recommend somewhere?

I don't know about Girne, but if you Google "Music Shops in Lefkosa", there is a map on which two of them are shown. There is also a Yamaha shop which appears to sell all sorts of instruments on the main road towards Lefkosa centre after the roundabout when you've gone past the Hospital.

Just for future reference there is indeed a music shop selling all types of kit and accessories it's in the small pedestrian 'street' that runs parallel with the town centre one way road... you just walk around to the left at the first crossroads as you head down from the Belediye square down the one-way system and then turn left again (back up the hill as it were)... there's a row of shops including the music shops
