Registering a contract

I need to register a contract for purchasing an apartment.

Can any one tell me the % charge this will cost please ?

Can any one tell me where I go in Girne to register the property ?

i went to the land registry office next to the court for my house it was £250.

Thanks Deniz1. Could you help me a little more please ? did you register recently ? do you know if the £250 is a charge for all registrations or is it based on cost of purchase price ?

I did it about 2 months ago I think its based on the purchase price not sure but i think its 8%. hope this helps.
