Tiga Trading Service, It does not get any better

Met Bob 8am this morning he took my car and gave me his car for the day, Bob called me at 12:30 and told me that there was no issues just a basic service required and informed me of the charge.
Met Bob at 5.15pm he handed me back my car not just serviced but fully valleted too and also reminded me that my car tax and insurance will be needing renewing in a few weeks and offered to do it for me to save me waiting in the tax office.
Service does not come any better than this, Tiga Trading after sales care is second to none.
A big thank you to the Tiga team for servicing my car today.

Sorry, but I took this heading to mean that the service was no good!! slightly misleading in view of your comment. So not only is he good at customer service, but also rehoming stray dogs!!!

In regards to Bob's re-homing service, think I will have to check my boot when the car goes for a service!

Bought a car from Tiga three years ago, since then they have serviced it, taxed it and arranged the insurance each year. Every time Ahmet has collected it and returned it in showroom condition. Their after sales service is outstanding, I would not go anywhere else and many dealerships in the UK could learn a valuable lesson on after sale service by watching Tiga. Well done and thank you Tiga.

What sort of vehicle/mechanical guarantee do they offer on new/used vehicles? Just interested as this seems to be missing from all used vehicle sales here.

This is not a dig against Tiga who have, quite rightly, got a very, very good reputation.

Firstly we would like to say thankyou for the kind comments on this thread secondly with regard to warrantys on the unregistered Japanese vehicles which we specialise in the warranty is 5 years on engine and gearbox which is subject to the vehicle being serviced by ourselves.

Yes we do offer warrantys on other vehicles but the length of Warranty does of course depend on the age and mileage of the vehicle also if you purchase a vehicle that was originally sold by us as unplated and is less than 5 years old we will honour the warranty provided it has been regularly serviced by Tiga.Finally any vehicle purchased from us is fully serviced before the new owner takes delivery.
