Corner Bar, Alsancak

I see that the Corner Bar is now advertising itself as a Tapas bar.
Has anyone been there and tried it?
Tempted to go but looking for good reports.

We have just got in from having a late lunch early dinner at Maria's Corner bar. Four of us had a mixture of Tapas...... absolutely superb. We will be going there in future on a regular basis. Full blow out meal. 2 drinks each, salad, bread. 1 main course each plus 3 side orders. 182 lira. EXCELLENT.

Just had a personal recommendation from a good friend.

It's open from noon every day until late.

Just driven past and the big banner has gone from the end of the building.
Does this mean no tapas or just no banner?

Had a meal there on Sunday and it was absolutely lovely and very good value for money. Food was very authentic in my opinion.
Marie is a very nice lady and we wish her well.

We have eaten there,once was tapas,twice more both on Tuesday which is quiz night.Marie does a buffet for 10TL + 5 for quiz.Great feed in good atmosphere.

Yes, went there last Friday night. An amazing buffet with really good atmosphere. Def a place to go for good food and friendly atmosphere.
