This will work, provided you have a VPN to mask your in the Trnc. I think :-/

Chromecast does not play nicely with VPN's or DNS redirecting services unfortunately. It is possible to get chromecast to work out of region but requires having a router running something like dd-wrt or tomato (alternate router firmware) and a third party VPN or DNS redirect service (like steamvia or hma or similar). Not something for some one hoping for a simple 'plug and play' experience I am afraid.
