Credit West Bank robbers caught

Apparently Kamil Ertuğrul (22) and Mehmet Aydıç (25) held up the bank on Monday with toy guns. Under police questioning they also admitted to the robbery on the Persan Exchange Bureau in Güzelyurt on April 23rd. They will appear in court later today.

Here's a good picture (from a security camera) of the two men making their get-away along the narrow roads around Arasta.

It's probably the first time I've seen two people on the same bike wearing helmets ... at least in the old city anyway

You are correct Mel,also as stated earlier,both the robbers wore their helmets,that alone made them conspicuous,as hardly any bike riders wear helmets!!
