Is this where the microchips come in handy, if it has one of course. I cant see this doggy being abandoned, more an escapee.

Theres certainly some very sexy ladies appearing under the photograph of the dog!!

Is the dog male or female. From the angle of the photo it certainly looks like a Peke. KAR are receiving more and more toy or minature dogs. People not wanting to pay for microchipping? Who knows. Any chance you could take it to local Vet and have it read for chipping. If its too young it won't have been done though in any case.

Delighted to hear that. It's too small a dog to be allowed to wander out of a garden so lets hope that was a one off and an accident.

Sometimes it just happens through no fault of the owner.

Was the microchip relevant to the reuniting with the owners?

I don't know if the microchip was relevant, I will try and find out.

On facebook it would appear that the mictochop wss instrumental of the dog being reunited with the owner. So how could anyone complain about having to have one?
