Hi just to say that the best way to learn English or any language for that matter is to have a teacher that only speaks to the child in English and no other language. This is now how the Chinese and other world leaders are teaching their children now. I also was taught french this way by a native french teacher..no English (my first language) was ever spoken during my lesson. This is also the same for adult teaching having recently attended a french language course in England... English was not permitted only speaking the language you were there to learn. Hope this helps with deciding when choosing your teacher.
Toria.

You can place your advert on the Russians Forum - it is called Russian speaking North Cyprus , I am sure you will find some people. But of course, the best variant - is a native speaker. 6 y.o. will lean quick, a child does not need a translation.

As said earlier children of 6 and younger learn best from other children (they lap languages up like a sponge) Watch a group of youngsters on a beach "speaking" to each other in what can be 3 other languages and by the end of 2 weeks, its absolutely amazing how much they have learned. Would that we adults were as quick as that!!
