Alaska Water Cooler

I have an Alaska water cooler and the bit in the top has gone missing - another story. It's the bit that pierces the water bottle in insertion. Can anyone tell me where I can get a replacement please? I've looked on the internet unsuccessfully. Without this small but very important part I have a water cooler that looks very nice but is useless.Thanks, John

We had the same problem, all I do is open the bottle myself then place it in the machine.
