Hi, does anyone have any experience of Caxtonfx's currency card, good or bad ?
I am thinking of getting their Euro version for a holiday later this year in Europe

I have one. Got it essentially for trips to New Zealand, Singapore etc. Still had cash loaded on it so used it over here. Rates seem fine and worked in every cash machine I tried with no fees etc.

Thank you Sultan, I will go ahead and register for one, seems a very good and economical way of paying for goods and services in Europe without the % deducted by the normal credit cards, should save a fortune....

No pre payment commercial rates of exchange free withdrawals of cash
Not just Euro but world wide
spend £300 per month on the card and get £5 credit (£60 per annum) I pay mine off each month in full so effectively a debit card
UK based apply now and earn £60 in the next 12 months
I've checked the TKL exchange rate and it matches what you get for £ to TL in the TRNC

Thank you wanderer, but have tried opening a new account with a uk bank and they want documented proof of ownership / residency, so unfortunately it is a non starter.
