Hi all,
I have booked for me and my mum to come over 10th till 20th October and wondered if there are any festivals, outdoor concerts etcetera for me to take her to around the Kyrenia or Iskele areas?

There is the olive festival in October in Zeytinlik Kyrenia, which lasts for around a week but not sure of the exact dates yet.

dunno if your mum enjoys making mud bricks or donkey rides etc
but there is a twice-yearly eco-festival at buyukkonuk villiage in
the nearer part of the karpaz
there's a magnificent new road which cuts though the mountains
(!) towards magusa and the village is about half way
last one we went to, featured folk dancing, eats and rural crafts
the october one is held on the third sunday of the month
