Gyms in and around Alsancak for visitors?

Hi folks
have some family & friends coming over who love to use gyms ( no idea why in the fabby climate etc.) so does anyone know if there are 'walk in facilities' 'pay as you go' type tickets/access available?

Kozi gym on the main road near the ada hotel offer daily/weekly rates, not sure on the price,I know their monthly rate is 100TL.they are open at 8AM mon-fri and 9am on sat.
