Kibtek offices or where to go to query a bill?

Can someone tell me where I can go and query my electric bill where they will understand English? I have just received my bill and 300 units have been charged at the highest tariff. They didn't read the meter last month and I paid what was due at the bank but because they had not read the meter there was not much owing. I have the bill for March and the current one and it shows the readings are consecutive so it is clear that they missed last month. Has this happened to anyone else and if so will they correct it?

Unless they have moved offices very recently. Go down the road which leads to the Ataturk memorial on the Girne sea front. About three quarters of the way down on the LHS is a building with some steps up to the front door. This is where bills are paid. BUT if you have a query you go through some doors to the left of the building and go up the stairs. Its a rabbit warren of a place, but quite a number of people speak enough English to pick up basics and they will tell you the office you actually need.

Think that is correct Sophie. I know it is upstairs in that building, "somewhere"

We had to go to the Girne office with a bill query and the gentleman who served us was very helpful, spoke good English and explained the situation clearly. We were very impressed. As you face the building from the pavement there are two entrances. Take the entrance on the left, as the one on the right is just for making payments. Go up the stairs and through the door on the left. We were served immediately, probably just got there at the right time I guess.
