Garden maintenance help needed

Can anyone give us an idea what we should be paying monthly for someone to look after our garden. The plants were only planted in august last year and there are only about 15 of them. We have just visited our property and we have been charged 180 tl per month for watering these 15 plants only.

Also we have been quoted £1600 to cover the garden in stones,we estimate about a 20ton load,again seems a bit pricey to me,anyone have an idea on how much the stone cost's per load?

At truck of gravel is around 500tl, that what we were quoted last month. You then have the membrane and moving the stone.
