directions to Hoots from Lapta please

anyone give me directions to Hoots Bar in Ilgaz please. coming from Lapta direction, thanks

Turn right off the main road just before the Starling Supermarket on the right hand side. The turning is virtually opposite Mambo Bar, and is signed to Yesiltepe. Keep going up and up and up and up!! Follow the signs.

As Magalan said, just keep going up and up, if you see pearly gates and hear harps playing you have just passed it.
