Diabetic meal with Turkish Airlines.

Has any one travelled with Turkish Airlines and had a Diabetic meal? if so what was it like.

When I booked the flight for November before I got to the payment section it asked what meal I wanted to book i.e. normal, diabetic, low fat, for each of us, but didn't give details of the meals.

I book a lactose free meal when travelling with tuurkish airlines and it is very good.

I have not had a diabetic meal with turkish airlines, but I always have a vegetarian meal, its ok better than most but never going to be great
