2bed 3month rental required

My friend is looking to rent a 2bed apt/villa for 3months or longer, must be furnished and have English tv. Would like somewhere in a village/town or on a bus route. They are a English couple both over 60 and non smokers.

It was mentioned somewhere on this forum,that the tax office have people,their sole job is to read for adverts for holiday let on forums and in newspapers then check if tax has been paid!!!.
