Tulips - We have a couple of thank you's to say!

Firstly we would like to express our sincere thanks to Lee and Jan Hickens for organising last saturday's event at the Haci Ali Hotel in memory of George Roper. Many of you will no doubt have known George or at least heard of his name, he played in a major role in raising funds for Tulips and was the founder of the Esentepe Fun Run, it is great to know that, whilst no longer with us, he has not been forgotten.

The evening raised 502TL and whilst Lee was a little disappointed with the monetary outcome we are most definitely not, we consider that every kurus raised goes towards Tulips being able to help someone with cancer.

Our second thanks go to the owner of this forum, Soner who has generously donated 3,000TL to the above event in recognition of the hard work that Lee and Jan put in in organising this event.

On behalf of Tulips we would like to say thank you to Soner for this fantastic contribution.
