Time for a giggle, England Cricket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What can be done to improve this shables of a side, getting rid of Cook would be the first thing. Then what??????
In my humble opinion the selectors should just call up the entire Yorkshire team.

Hope I this is OK for forum, I reckon it is within the rules.
A lady complains to police she has been taken by force, by a man dressed in all white and a cap and big pads on his shins, The police man replies that sounds like a cricketer ,yes she replied and I think he bats for England, the policeman said why did he speak with a posh accent.
She replied, no he did not stay in very long.

I'd have to agree with topten - Yorkshiremen are pretty good at cricket.
I suppose it's the lack of any intellectual distractions.

Don,t know exactly how many Yorkshire born & bred there are but in the 2013 SQUAD not the eleven, there was one overseas player.dodger wrote:How many yorshiremen are actually in the eleven these days.
And don,t forget for many years when all the other clubs where using overseas players if you was not born in Yorkshire you did not play for Yorkshire. What other club had this recruiting system.

Those were great days for Yorkshire cricket when you could onlyplay for the county if you were born/bred in Yorkshire. They were nigh on unbeatable. Now look at 'em. Like the rest of the counties, full of odds and sods from all over. Bring back the old qualifying system. Am not from the cold distant north but think they were right.
