Kindle touch

3 weeks go purchased penny Vincenzi latest book " perfect Heritage" money straight out of daughters account. Book did not come onto kindle (3 years old) went on their chat help line, ok money would be refunded, 10 days later chatted again, then took a book off the kindle which I had just purchased, saga goes on and on. Today I learn that this book is not compatible with my kindle. Never heard such a thing, am I alone in this or are certain books not compatible with certain machines. Help needed.

Why on earth do you put up with such service when you can download a kindle version absolutely free via a torrent. eg:-

Download Calibre (it's free) it will convert any format to ones that will play on Kindle including AZW3.

Hi - just returned from a short break during which I read Perfect Heritage - cover to cover on my three year old original Kindle! So don't think the problem is it's not compatible!
