phone calls to the UK

Hi! We have a business in the UK and need to contact staff and clients there regularly by phone.
Does anyone know which would be the best option phone wise for doing this. We are considering skype but unsure whether this could be available on an iphone 4/5? We want cheap calls really!

I don't know about that but I do know I have recently taken out a package w2ith Turkcell which (because I signe dup for a year) gives me one thousand minutes to U.K/international included in the package. It is a Platinum package. Might be worth investigating fo ryou. I ALSO BELIEVE THERE IS A SPECIAL 'Skype PACKAGE FOR ANDROIDS ETC, BUT YOU WOULD HAVE TO CHECK WITH THOSE WHO KNOW. (sORRY caps stuck again).

So what does anyone else know.

Skype is the way to go. I have unlimited calls to UK landlines for about £3 per month. Other packages can include mobiles.

Load up the Viber app on any smart phone. Free calls and texts. needs wifi connection.

if you have a bt or virgin media a/c in uk get the bt smart phone app or the virgin media app and use them on wifi to utilise those uk a/c in the uk. i.e if you get free calls in evenings and weekends use those as well over wifi from anywhere in the world.

I pay £40 p.a. for Skype to UK and Eire landlines. £80 p.a. includes mobiles

I also have that skype contract. It's really great, as it means you can call anytime of the day any day of the week. I used it when I used to call my mother and mornings were best for her. she could not do the skype to skype. My internet is not brilliant here in the deepest Dipkarpaz, but then my mobile is not good sometimes either.

Turkcell text TOURIST to 2994 and for 13tl per week (Deducted from your phone credit) you get 50 mins of international calls anytime and 500 text messages.

We use Voipwise.Buy a number from Karmi net café,opposite Gloria Jeans in Girne.Think its 35TL,once you have registered you get so many free days to most landlines in many worldwide countries.We use ours through a laptop with Wi-Fi.Not sure if it works on mobiles.Very cheap to call them though.Once you are registered you can top up online.We have Viber also on lappy & android,think the recipients have to be registered with them as well.Will stand correcting though.

I speak to my wife from the UK to TRNC and in return.

We use Tango, I have an iphone 5 and she uses a iphone 4.

App is free to download. Not only can you speak you can send texts ans photos, all Free !!!

If the people you are calling have an iphone as well use Facetime - just as good as Skype and you see them when talking to them. Dependant on the internet quality as all the other suggestions.
