I have found a card belonging to a Mr David Smith,anyone know his whereabouts or how I can contact him?

the British Residents Association may know who it is. the name rings a bell, but I cannot think who it is. But then David Smith could be a more common name and I am thinking of a David smith in a former life.

have you contacted the police station as the man may have gone there to see if it had been handed on.

Andrew-It was found on the Lemon Grove Site in Lapta.

Google "David Smith" + "Northern Cyprus" with speech marks to get direct matches. "David Smith" + "Alsancak"
Hopefully not the "Dating Scammer", but the mind boggles! Hopefully this David Smith is a good guy. Unfortunately a very common name.
