Rescue the perishing - help needed for SPOT

The rescue boat for the Sunday's SPOT event of the Rafts Against Rubbish, has had to withdraw as their licence has not come through (so we are told), so we need a Rescue Boat. Hopefully there will be no perishing to rescue, but we need to have a b oat out in the ocean just in case!

Does anyone know anyone or of anyone who could take on the duty. Funds available for fuel, . A fisherman with spare time? Help.
