amazing that so far purple has the lead. The colour for Bishops! Green is good - eco friendly, but Blue is for true and very Cyprus 44. Or could we have dark and light? Or is that asking toomuch. You currently have two greens. But maybe purple would make it unique. Interesting as to what others will want.
of course, I understand that blue is a 'calming'colour. what is green and purple's effect?

Hello,
Green is OK but dark colours for us hard of seeing please, keep the contrast as vivid as possible. Not blue as the other Forums are almost the same in many ways and you need to be different.

I like the idea of a mix, that shows we are not colour prejudiced! At the moment is an equal 3 way split. so, rule out the bloue. How does purple go with green????????????????? What do others think?

I think this colour is a refreshing change to the others. The other forum I like is Glencoe but that is goldie colour, which is ok, but Green is good.IMHO

Hi I am new to this forum today and looks good,
Definitely not blue as other forums are blue. Green is good but maybe a little darker so people can see it more clearly.

I think purple text would be nice, maybe in place of the red?

I like the green - but a little darker? Almost the same as the banner line, and have a contrast there instead - the purple people vote for?? With white writing it should be ok for older eyes!!

At the moment it is definitely 'green' in the lead. It is almost like a horse race, as the colours jostle for position, with leading places changing. But a lot more votes are required before soner cna know what EVERYONE wants.

Sorry, but I don't like the green pastel colour, a bit sickly and wishy-washy for me. Would prefer the light blue or orange or anything else really

I like and vote the green.

I think the green looks refreshing and easy to read with the exception of the green at the very top, find that one area a little sickly, sorry.

Under the user control panel/ Board preferences/ My board style it looks like there should be an option of what colour I would like, would it not be possible to activate this and give all users the option to see whichever colour they like within the choices.

hi rigboots, welcome to the forum. Yes you are right and I am looking into getting this set up. If it works then I guess there is no need to carry on with the poll.

I still think the vote is worthwhile, whenever a new guest visits they will see the generic colour so the poll will be useful in deciding the most popular colour for non members, I would imagine you would like the most attractive choice to get them to want to stay and join. Just my opinion but hopefully a useful one in this case

Having now found that the options for the available colours in my profile are available for purple and blue as well as the original green, I have to say that purple is much more appealing to my eyes at lease.
It will be purple for me for as long as the option is there.

Thanks for making that possible Soner.

Must be that 7th sense I have picked up. I just decided to have a look out of interest and it seems to work very well for those three colours anyway.

Thanks again
