Hi Waddo you mention in another post there is a Lidel approx 40 min walk from Ledra St. I wondered if you could give directions for this please. Thanks

Hi Poppy, that is difficult to do as I found my route with Google maps. Give a day and I will try to draw the rout we took onto a Google map for you and email it to you. It was the one on John Kennedy Ave/St I think but I will get back to you.

Yes it is, it is just up the road from Anthanedies supermarket.
There is a bus from the top of Ledra street I think it is the 140.

Poppy, thats the one for sure but I will still try to "draw" the route for you. I wonder if the Anthanedies supermarket is in the building that used to be the old Orphanides supermarket??? The one with the dodgy wooden floors!

No Anthanedies has been in the same location for many years well before 74, it is one of the busiest supermarkets in Nicosia due to the low prices get there after 08.30 and parking is a nightmare but there is a car park on the roof.

Poppy, I can get you the walking route from Ledra to Lidl on Google Maps. I have already produced the route and "Shared" it with the world under the title "Walking route to lidl via ledra" but it is not yet displayed. Have a look and see if you can find it, if not get back to me and I will try another way to do it for you.
