We have recently had a problem with a router. I raised a ticket Sunday, got a call from Erol Monday morning.it was suggested we take our laptop and router into the office that day, which we did. Erol spent time on the problem and hoped it was fixed, but just in case it wasn't he put a gizmo on the machine to enable him to work on it remotely. Alas when we got home the problem was still there. Rang Erol who worked for ages on the machine remotely. End result was we needed a new router, which was delivered and sorted on Tuesday. Throughout the whole of this episode we were treated with courtesy, smiles and polite people. Erol - to my mind went the extra mile.
Thank you Multimax, Erol and all the team, your service to us was superb.

Ah now, the secret is out. Erol is the Multimax secret hidden weapon. Doesn't pop his head over the parapet much, but when he does shazzzam!!

Agree with this totally always there when problems arise and sorts them with a smile. Shazzam does this mean dat da derrrrrrrr he,s SUPERMAN

Off the thread here a bit but do Multimax notify you when your membership needs replacing. Been very happy with their service and so pleased to hear good results.

Multimax will email you in the days leading up to your account expiring to warn you it is soon to expire. This of course only works if we have a current and correct email address for you on our system. If you want to check when your account is due to expire or to make sure we do have a correct and current email address for you just give us a call on the main switchboard number 0548 888 6629 and they should be able to help. Or if you prefer drop me a PM (private message) via this forum with your Multimax customer name and I will check for you.
