MoneyExchange Karakum?

Even though I avoid Girne if at all possible I tend to use this site http://www.umitilhan.com/monex/index.asp to guage the rate I should be getting at local exchanges. It has not been updated for a while and I wondered if there was a problem with the shop or just the website?
