Watching UK TV in TRNC

Can anyone recommend a way to watch the UK catch-up chanels whilst in the TRNC?

I'm not the most I.T savvy person but I'm not totally stupid.

I normally use a dongle to access the internet in my apartment but assume I would get a better feed using wi-fi from a cafe/restaurant/bar
