Pegasus on-line check in

Hi All,

Having problems with on-line check in from Stansted. Flight tomorrow, spoken to London office who have sent emails, all I receive my end is my receipt. Error message says I have no flight in 72hrs.
I also try entering my reservation code in Pegasus plus with password, again I have Error message. Yesterday I paid for my seat selection and have that confirmed and Pegasus London office agree this.
I have now emailed Pegasus Headquarters for advice.
Last time I did print our passes - the new gates at Stansted would not let us through and we had to walk all the way back to check-in desk for someone to write a code on our passes to give to the lady at the gate.
The whole thing took around 40 minutes to sort out. This time I want to make sure we have no problems.

Any advice anyone!

I have had a similar problem in the past. I resolved it by typing in my first name and middle name in the box entitled 'Name' on the check-in page and it found my flight. So PNR in first box, name & middle name in second and surname in last. If that makes sense.

I thought I would just update you on our Friday 5th Sept Pegasus flight etc.

Printed out boarding cards in the best quality/photo print with new Black cartridge, what could go wrong!! Yes you guessed right they would not scan at check in desk - this year no problem as the lady behind the counter said, your papers do not scan, however, "I have a small hand held scanner her that tells me this" I can now issue new boarding cards from here and you will be able to use them at the gate. She was right we were granted airside with our cards.

We decided we did not like the new layout at Stansted as it seemed to take longer to get anywhere to have breakfast, just seemed to walk through acres of duty free shopping area - which is no good when you are gasping for a drink!!

The b plane was almost 2 hours delayed, some problem at S/G airport. I think we landed at Ercan 23:15ish and after our taxi ride, arrived at our villa just over an hour later. So cream crackered, got into bed at 02:00 Saturday 6th Sept.

Well chilled now - just cleaning, gardening with a pause for light refreshments!!!
Only another 87 days to go!!
