Need a repairman to fix my BEKO WMB 10 W washing machine , Alsancak area.

There is a little shop , just passed the olive bar, coming towards Lapta, can't remember name, and of course I've lost phone number he did bearings on our washing machine for not a lot of money, has some English.

whats wrong with calling beko and getting them out to repair it ?
