Multimax service problems

We currently have problems with our link out of Cyprus provides by Turk telecom that is affecting all customers and services. We are working with them to get the issue resolved as quickly as we can

thanks for this info, currently trying to connect to skype and wondering why I cant. Good customer service.

Things seem to have stabilised and as I type this all services should be back and working again as normal. We continue to monitor the situation.

I am a happy Multimax customer.
My internet went off this afternoon,
Whilst it's good to see a reason posted for the outage-common sense dictates that any Multimax customers cant read the message posted on here as their internet isn't working.
Multimax did send text messages to customers when there was an outage-this saved unnecessary calls to the Multimax staff who I am sure were busy trying to rectify the problem.
Can I suggest that Multimax resurrect this service.
Otherwise top notch service.

it sounds to me like it was TTnet which is the internet part of turk telekom in turkey not here could be wrong

@Philoz, There was a problem getting a connection outside of TRNC not in TRNC, I had a connection just not external, hence I was able to read Erols post before I called them out to see if I had a problem. I understand what you are saying and agree if the internet does goes down common sense tells you that you cant post, but in this instance it wasnt the case.
