Went to Bamboo again last night and I must say it was excellent; chicken and avacado salad lovely dressing with tiny grapes and bits of orange mixed in with the salad, was so nice and refreshing,,mind you had to have a bowl of Ali's lovely chips to go with it.

please give it a try you won't be disappointed

Ali used to run Sele restaurant with his partner Carol in Girne, Now I BELI, in the Turkish quarter.
