Bankamatik Cash Machine

Just been to Alsancak Starling for first time in ages and noticed the Cash Machine outside is now offering the £

Has anyone used this machine for this and:

a) Does the machine charge a user fee which would be in addition to your UK bank fee and

b) Where do you have to go in the event that the machine 'eats' your card if there is a problem.

There is a sign on the machine that says IS but have no idea who this bank is.

Any info would be good as it would save me a trip to HSBC.

There is an Isbank (with a sh) and Iksitbank. Maybe it is one of those.

The cash machine at the petrol station just past Illeli pays out Sterling it's either Garanti Bank or TEB.

Yes I know about the one at the petrol station but just wondered if anyone had tried the one at Starlings (near Illeli) and if they knew which bank it belongs to.

Always dubious about using machines not outside a bank in case there is ever a problem. At least if it is like HSBC you can go inside and get your card back without to much hassle.

The ATM outside Starling belongs to Işbank.

I have used it twice in the last couple of weeks with no problem, & have to again today. As far as I know there is no charge except maybe from our English bank.
