Water Chiller repair

Our water chiller has started leaking today. We do not want to get a new one at the moment as we have just spent a large amount on a water tank and go home in a couple of days. Are there any places that could do a repair. It probably only needs a new seal. We are in the Alsancak area.

Before you have a repair check that the 19ltr water bottle doesn't have a tiny hole in the bottom or top when it is on the machine.If there is a hole which you might not be able to see the water will leak through the machine and will look as though it's leaking.
The best way to check is change the water bottle.
This leak in the bottle has happened to me and others I know.

Just as lottiedottie says check first by changing the bottle
Happened to us, we went to Aladins Cave to buy a new one. The chappie in there advised us to first change the bottle and just as he said the fault was with the bottle not the water cooler.

We had a simikar problem and went to Tektan in Girne. They told us exactly as above but said if there was still aproblem they would repair it.

Thank you everyone,we have changed the bottle and all seems ok. The kitchen was completely flooded so we thought it must have been something in the machine. glad we were wrong

Glad you sorted it.i wonder how many people have had unnecessary repairs or been told it's been fixed when nothing of the sort has been done?
I don't think there is much can go wrong with these water coolers,I have had mine for twelve years no problems at all.
