TCP and UDP Listen Port

I have a nat problem and tried loads of different ports and cant find one that works. Does anyone have any ideas what numbers to use.

If your device/computer is behind NAT, none of the ports will work directly unless they are forwarded specifically to your device (A procedure called port forwarding)

you need to be more specific on what you want to accomplish, what device/software this for?

also who is your provider? is this an adsl or wireless connection?

Its a computer I am using an external drive to download and store. I am with mulitmax, the speeds are great, I have adsl. My pc is through my TV, I dont want 'normal TV' I just want to watch what I download or stream. I didnt have this problem in Qatar, so not quite sure what to do, I keep on getting the yellow smiley faces, I use Vuze as well.
