Fresh pasta??

Don't suppose you can buy fresh pasta anywhere here?

Never seen it in the north,though I could be wrong as I have never been in Eruklu (apologies for spelling)

Alpha mega and Carrefour both do it in the south.

I did spot a pasta making machine in China Bazaar recently-you could make your own?

You'd have to go south for the 00 flour.

I agree OO flour is the best, but I have always had decent results with finely milled regular flour-you have to 'make do' in the north!

Good point Fatouche,nothing wrong at all with dried pasta IMHO.
Mind you the fresh stuff is nice.
