Does anyone know if a majority in favour of parcelisation in a row of houses can get this done - or does every single householder have to agree to it? What if one does not want it?
Also does anyone know if over 60s still have to renew their residency when their two years residency permit is coming to an end?

Re: Parcelisation
Parcelisation is a long & complicated process with various associated fees & taxes along the way. Everybody does have to sign the forms so maybe the ones that do not want it would sign as long as they do not have to pay any money.
The original architect has to do all the plans required unless they are prepared to sign the project over - good luck.

And all government/authority fees have to be paid before Parcilisation is granted.
