LG DVD Player not working

Have tried playing a selection of DVD's today - keep getting "disc error" message.

Trouble shooting suggests cleaning with a suitable disc cleaner or failing that taking DVD player for repair. The model is LG and is about 3-4 years old.

Where can I buy a DVD disc cleaner or get the DVD professional cleaned or repaired?

There is a repair shop opposite H&B estate agents in Karakum that has a good reputation but the name eludes me.

How strange. We have the same player and have started getting the same problem! If you take yours for repair can y let me know how much they charge please?

Managed to get an original movie disc and a dvd disc working today but other original and dvd disc won't work - just get disc error message.

Have cleaned all the disks but no luck. Think I will buy a DVD cleaner first and if that fails I will take the play to your recommended repair contact.
