Plea for Help, Needed before Winter

can anyone out there help our shop cats at the Girne KAR shop?
Winter is coming and they have no real shelter. we tried to fix this last year but we got plenty of quotes but no one was available to do the job. there was someone who was going to do it but again let down and then Summer comes and it gets put on the back burner. Now before the rains come we are looking for a kind handy man that could offer his time for free to build a back, sides and top to the outside base frame we have so that they will have shelter from the rain in Winter and from the hot sun in Summer. we can pay for the materials but if anyone has anything that can be used that can be donated that would be fantastic.

your help will be much appreciated by us and our shop cats who are mostly oap's now
