sugeest new page under heading of photo albums

Here is a suggestion to kibcom admins & modirators and the member of kibcom.
can we have a page under heading of photo albums. Here how I see it works.
The page is open for the kibcom members to publish photos/ images. It could be images of TRNC life, habitat, historic finding, car accident, rubbish throwers, law breaking behaviour, beautiful TRNC sites, festivals, etc., etc.

In this page we all see and appreciate the art of photography and learn about whats-on- where by seeing images of the event and venues.

I would like to hear from the members and the moderators. can we debate if it can be done, and how it could be presented and the benefits v disadvantages of such page.
I personally would like to see it happen.

Thank you magalan..... you've gathered by now, I am a new comer to the forum, didn't realise there is "photo gallery", perhaps I need to navigate the site and be a bit inquisitive...
I have visited the "board index, and I must say "very impressive photos" "though the collection a bit limited", it lacks a wider range of categories... I think this page needs more images, more oomph.... However, its a very good one and as I said previously "very impressive".

could you please tell me how to add/ contribute to the gallery??

Also, what's the rules for publishing photos, well,... lets say for example add images of negative behaviour to encourage good practice.
will the kibcomers be allowed to add such photos to the site????

Fatsam,
There is also a function on the KibApp to upload photos to a gallery. You can snap and upload immediately from you mobile phone or tablet. However, there is a slight problem with the Apple iOS which is currently being dealt with so app should be working on apples products again soon.

As to rules of publishing, as long as the photos are yours then there should not be a problem.

If there is much interest then I can set up a page on Kibkom where members can have an account and upload to a gallery specifically set up for what you are asking for, but there must be an interest of users.

Thank you Soner you understood what I meant "say it in photos" where members publish images of all kinds of situations "of course images encouraging good practice", or funny images taken in any place in the TRNC. All from kibcom members. I can see kibcom will have a rich library of images

As for the interest, may I suggest you "pilot a test page" and see if it take off. if it fails you can close / delete it. Personally I think it will be an informative page.

I am hoping an input from the members, and ideas of what and how it would work when launched, and the positive reactions we may see.

Personally, I have few photos of locations I visited and of things I have seen.
